Andrew Hodson, Managing Director / Co-founder

Following an impressive career spanning over 36 years in sales and operations for various contract cleaning companies, Andrew joined forces with Geoff Withe in 2000 to launch their own specialist cleaning company – Entire Facility Management Services.

With a very hands-on approach, Andrew oversees all aspects of the company and takes the time to personally ensure that our clients are happy with the service they receive. Never one to sit still, Andrew is also a councillor and was the Mayor of Wirral Borough Council 2009-2010 so is very aware of the pressures facing businesses today.

Geoff Withe, Operations Director / Co-founder

Prior to life at Entire Facility Management Services, Geoff spent 30 years working in the fast paced retail sector as owner and Managing Director of a successful food business with a turnover in excess of £4m.

Putting his operational expertise to good use, Geoff oversees all operational aspects of our business and is directly responsible for all Area Managers and their teams.

Tanya Caywood, Office Manager

Our multi-skilled Office Manager keeps us all in check. With excellent organisational skills gained from running her own catering business for 25 years, Tanya knows how essential it is to be efficient and offer prompt and professional client contact. Tanya’s many skills include a talent for languages as she is fluent in five languages.

Serge Kapina-Kaniona, Area Manager

‘Customer Service’ is Serge’s middle name. After many years working in the hotel and service industry, Serge now puts his expertise to good use managing our operational teams in the outer Manchester region.

Paul Withe, Area Manager

Through his previous position as Factory Director for a large food manufacturer, Paul has a wealth of experience managing teams and running operations.

Responsible for the Liverpool region, Paul is always on hand to meet with clients to discuss new business and ensure total client satisfaction.

Sue Neary, Area Manager

With over 20 years experience as an Area Manager for various contract cleaning companies, Sue is a true expert in the industry.

With excellent people management skills and an in-depth knowledge of the cleaning needs of a wide range of businesses, Sue is an invaluable member of the team. Sue is responsible for the Lancashire region.

Andy Hodson, Area Manager

Following a successful career in manufacturing, Andy joined Entire and has been an important member of the team now for 11 years. Andy is responsible for the Wirral and Cheshire regions.
